Accounts & Access

• We may require identity or eligibility verification for certain features.

Subscriptions & Billing

• Paid features are billed in advance on a subscription basis unless otherwise stated.
• Fees are non‑refundable except where required by law.
• We may change prices with prior notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits.
• No uploading of malicious code or content that violates others’ rights.

User Content

You retain ownership of your content. You grant QSNAPP a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to provide the services. You are responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for content you submit.

Intellectual Property

QSNAPP, its logos, and all related product names are trademarks or service marks of QSNAPP or its licensors. All rights are reserved. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.

Third‑Party Services

QSNAPP may integrate with third‑party products. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those products. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other’s confidential information and to use it only as necessary to provide or receive the services under these Terms.

Privacy & Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. By using QSNAPP, you consent to those practices.

Disclaimers

QSNAPP is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QSNAPP and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QSNAPP, its affiliates, and personnel from any claims arising out of your use of QSNAPP, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using QSNAPP at any time.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue for disputes shall be the competent courts within South Africa, unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the “Updated” date above. Continued use of QSNAPP after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
